Welcome to North Kitsap Homeschool Community! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website NKHC.org and all services, tools, and features provided through it (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our Service is intended for parents, guardians, and volunteer members of our homeschool community. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the express permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

- Promptly update your information as needed
- Not impersonate others or use false identities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may remove or archive content at our discretion.
5. Class and Event Registration
By registering for classes, field trips, or events, you agree to the associated guidelines, age limits, payment terms, and refund policies. Some activities may have limited space or require volunteer commitments.
We reserve the right to modify offerings or deny participation based on community guidelines, behavior, or safety concerns.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments for classes, materials, or fees are processed via third-party services (e.g., WooCommerce, Zeffy). By submitting payment, you agree to any posted terms, including refund eligibility and deadlines.
We do not store your payment data directly. All transactions are subject to the terms of our payment processors.
7. Privacy

8. Termination
